Northcote House
The Northcote House project developed my understanding of the residential construction process. Specifically, the beginning phases of preparing the site for construction, the concrete and foundation systems, timber and steel framing, masonry walls, cladding, internal partitions, services and finishes.
This task gave me a wide perspective of the construction practices required to produce a modern and efficient building.
